I recently purchase two point to point train tickets on the German rail site DB Bahn. I thought I was paying for the full price of the ticket that was displayed but I was just charged a small fee for a seat reservation. Can someone help me am I suppose to pay for the full fare at the station. Right now I just have a seat reservation which cost only 5 euros.

You must have checked the box "seat reservation only". What are the tickets? From where to where and at what time and dates? You can just go back to www.bahn,com and purchase tickets for the train you have a seat reservation for.
So you thought you had a train ticket that cost only 5€. (If it looks too good to be true it probably is.)
Yeah, you probably inadvertently clicked "reservation only, have a ticket". Now you have a reservation for the train; go on again and get a ticket, if still available, for the same train.
