I've tried to buy a Paris to Turin train ticket with credit card complications despite my AAA credit. I've asked my daughter (who lives in Paris) to go to Gare de Lyon rail station to buy a ticket. She tells me there are long lines and needs to know the name of the rail company that does the Paris to Turin trip that leaves at 10:41 A.M. from Paris' Gare de Lyon station? Any solution to what should be a simple problem?

I don't see the problem. I checked the middle of next week on bahn.de. It is a TGV train, no changes, at 10:41 arriving at 16.20. Where were you looking? Buy it on either the French train site or Italian. Don't understand you comment about AAA credit. Your daughter should have able to go to a ticket agent or one of the automated ticket machine and punch in the two names. I am missing something. What is it?

All direct TGVs from Gare de Lyon to Torino Porta Susa, including the one that departs at 10:41, are operated by SNCF (French National Rail). Because of that, Trenitalia doesn't sell tickets for these trains online.
