I was able to find the schedule from Colmar to Milan on the DB Bahn website but I don't know where to find the schedule for trains from the same (main) station in Milan to Varenna. Any suggestions?

Hi Lois. trenitalia.com will show you the trains. This is a regional train, so no need or advantage to try to buy your tix online; just buy when you get there; the fare will be 6 euros. Enjoy your trip!
