train schedule from SARLAT, france to ALBI, France

The Bahn train schedule uses the "RE" and "BUS" to make this trip in 6 hours. Can I get the Bus part with my global Eurail pass? What does RE mean? Suzy

RE is a regional express. My GUESS is that you could use the pass since the bus is a part of the German rail system.
