I just purchased 2 tickets from Caserta to Bari for June 1 (1st day available). Several days ago I purchased tickets Rome to Naples and received an email verification within minutes containing a scanable barcode. I have not received this verification for the Caserta/Bari tickets and it's been about 3 hours. I checked the website and it shows the ticket as being paid for but do I need that barcode stuff to use as a ticket. I'm not sure how this works. Help.

Give it 24 hours, then check to see if the charge hit your credit card. If it has and you don't have the email, then worry.
Have you checked your spam filter? Were you registered with Trenitalia? If so you can log on and retieve.
