My husband and I are going to Rome for 12 days. All of our sightseeing will be in Italy with the exception of a night train to Munich to tour Dachau and return to Rome the following night. What pass(s) would you suggest ?

"...a night train to Munich to tour Dachau and return to Rome the following night. " I was IN Munich last year (my sixth trip) and I finally took the ½ hr S-Bahn trip out to Dachau. That was probably worth the trip, but Rome to Munich to Rome, just to see Dachau - No! First place, there are many, many more things to see in Bavaria other than Dachau. If you went up to Bavaria for four or five days and also saw Dachau during that time, that would be another thing.
