The train service that runs between these two cities is the Thalys. Check rates and schedules at www.thalys.com . Rates are as low as 25 Euro for non-refundable, non-changeable, print-at-home "Smoove" fares.

When the Thalys.com asks you where you live and/or where you will be picking up the tickets, say "France".
This is the only way you will be able to print tickets out at home.
