Does anyone know if these stations have lockers or a place to leave your luggage? Is there a web sight to find others? We will only have small carry ons. Also can you carry luggage on the Rhine river cruises?

Both train stations in Interlaken have lockers and baggage check.

Mester, I assume you're talking about Köln (Cologne), Innbruck, Salzburg, Venice etc. Köln has a brand-new underground locker system with overground access. It's right into the main hall in front of the DB Reservation center. That locker system fits pretty much every size of luggage.

All o fthese have places to store your luggage, most have lockers. Some stations don't like lockers as these are the places that terrorists leave bombs, but I've only heard that in London. Only the very smallest of train stations (where the communters into town catch the train to work) don't have lockers or left luggage offices. Just make sure if you use the Left Luggage places you know when they close or you may be stuck without your luggage. I took the Rhine cruise many years ago and there were backpackers with their stuff on the boat. I haven't been since the world became more cautious about bags and stuff, but I would guess the same applies.
