Train help getting from France to Spain.

HELP! I have been researching train tickets from either Perpignan or Montpellier to Barcelona and I only see one train in the morning. This, of course, wouldn't be a problem if we originated in one of those cities, but we will be starting the day in Marseille. We hope to travel June 20 from France to Spain. Can anyone help me figure this out? I read somewhere that the train schedules change the second Sunday in June so this may be the reason there is only one train scheduled, but I can not be certain. I have been looking on http://www.tgv-europe.com/en/ and using Antarctica as my home country and also looked on Renfe, but still no luck. Please help.

Use bahn.de to see the routing options, and use a date before June 10 or so to get an example. It probably won't change much. According to bahn.de, you can take a TGV from Marseille-St. Charles to Montpelier, departing 8:18 am. It goes through Arles and Nimes. Change at Montpelier for a train to Figueres Vilafant. There you catch the train to Barcelona, arriving 13:48.

Direct TGVs between France and Barcelona are supposed to start around the end of April, but until that is absolutely certain to happen it appears the rail companies are not uploading all possible journeys on to the booking systems. They will serve Nimes and Montpellier. The advice I've seen on various train forums is just to keep checking back for updates.

Kevin's advise is what I am hearing too. I need to do this in late May so hoping it all gets fixed soon
