Can we buy a train ticket for Verona to Malpensa Airport for the same day, but get off for a few hours at the Central Milan station, then resume the trip to Malpensa without buying another ticket to conclude the trip? We're hoping to use the Mini price of 9Euro each for this 2nd class trip.

I believe the train to the airport is a private line and requires a separate ticket. So you would take a train to Central and get a ticket for the airport. I think it is similar to the Leonard Express set up in Rome.
