Taking the IC train from the airport to Bruges, with a train change in Antwerp. I have two questions:
1)The time we have to change trains in Antwerp is six minutes. Is that enough time?
2) Will we need to purchase two fares each since we are changing trains?

Six minutes is plenty of time to make the connection. You just need to purchase one ticket for the entire journey at Schiphol airport. The fare is about 35 euros, and no advance reservations are required.
Have your bags and ready to depart when the train arrives in Antwerp. That way no wasted minutes. We praticed that and never missed a train when we had only a few minutes to catch the next one.
I had a similarly short connection in Antwerp going in the opposite direction. Just be ready to jump off the train, check the track number and walk very quickly to the new track. The agent had suggested that I take a route that changed in Brussels instead with a longer connection, but I took my chances.
In the worst case, you just take a later train from Antwerp to Bruges. They leave fairly frequently ... some trains involve a change in Gent.
