What is the best train to take from Rome to Verona?

Looks like weekdays there are 5 direct trains a day, 8:10, 9:10, 16:10, 17:10, 18:10. Journey time 2 hr 55 min. I'd grab one with a 29 Eu supereconmy fare if it's available, but don't know the day or time you want to arrive.
