We plan to book train from Rome to Messina in February. What is the difference between Maritime and Centrale stations? Messina is our end point but not sure which station to book as destination.

Have a look on Google maps. It shows a 4 minute walk between the 2 stations. Pick the train that gets you there when you want.

Centrale station -- generally -- is the city center station and the Maritine would be closer to the shipping/docks.
