You can also use the custom schedule machine on Voyages-sncf.com. Under the TRAIN tab, click "Réservez un billet..." In the tan section in the middle of the page, click "Services Trains Exclusifs." Click the second thing, "Votre fiches..." If you're still awake, enter your cities and a date/time range. Leave the boxes checked to search trains for all days of the week. Click "Télécharger..." and then download the PDF.
I'm not sure why direct links to the site aren't working. Otherwise, it's a great feature.
