How early is the first train from Monterosso to La Spezia. We have to catch a train at 5:46am train to Naples. Is taxi an option?

I just checked the Trenitalia site and it did show the connection: Leave Monterosso at 04:56 and arrive at La Spezia Centrale at 05:22. Leave La Spezia Centrale at 05:46 and arrive at Napoli Centrale at 12:36.

Just enough time to pop into the McDonalds in the La Spezia train station to get a capaccino and a pastry. I hope that they are open that early.
