Train from Milan to Loire Valley (Blois)

Please, can anyone give us tips on traveling by train from Milan to Blois, France? Thank you.

This is just not practical. In any case: you can take a day-time TGV to Paris, cross Paris by subway and then take another combination of trains to Blois.
