I am planing to take a train from Frankfurt Airport station to Baden Baden. Is there just one station ? The "Rail Europe" site lists 2 stations within the airport, while when I try to book on the "Bahn" site only 1 station - Frankfurt Flughafen is listed. Can someone please guide me on this ?

"Frankfurt Flughafen" will provide departures from both the "Regionalbahnhof" (for local and regional trains) and the "Fernbahnhof" (for long distance trains), both of which serve FRA. You can find schedules for these trains on the German Rail (Bahn) website. Yes there are two stations at the airport. If you just use "Frankfurt(Main)Flugh" as the "From" on the Bahn website, it will show you trains that leave from either station for Baden-Baden. The fastest connections it will show you will be ICEs leaving from the Fern Bahnhof (Frankfurt(M) Flughafen Fernbf ), possibly part way with a regional train connections. These will also be the most expensive connections. There might also be other express trains (IC/EC) leaving from either station. The slowest and least expensive connections will be by all regional trains, probably with a connection in Frankfurt Hbf (or Mainz). These will leave from the Regional Bahnhof. The Regional Bahnhof is under the building across the access road from Terminal 1. You get to it by stair from Terminal 1 leading to a mall under the street. The Fern Bahnhof is farther out, accessible from a pedestrian bridge across the access road. There will be signs.
