I just want to be sure about this before I book my tickets from the Frankfurt airport....on the DB website, there is Frankfurt (Main) and Frankfurt (Main) Flugh...the Flugh is the airport station, correct?

Thanks Steve...and if we are going long-distance, we will cross over to the Fernbahnhof even if the train will make a stop in Mannheim first?

If you are going to take any of the long distance trains (ICE/IC/EC) you will almost certainly be leaving from the Fernbahnhof.
I just checked a four hour period on the Frankfurt Flughafen schedule board. All of the ICE/IC/EC were leaving from the Fernbahnhof. The only trains other than S-Bahn leaving from the Regionalbahnhof were regional trains. None of those were going to Mannheim. Those going east were headed for the Frankfurt Hbf.
ETA: Any train going directly to Mannheim (and beyond) will leave from the Fernbahnhof. You can also get to Mannheim via regional trains with a change in Mainz or Frankfurt Hbf.
Also, "Flugh" is their abbreviation for Flughafen (Flug·hafen), German for airport.

Between 2 AM and 4 AM, I found two ICEs going through FRA and using the Regionalbahnhof (there were no other trains, at all, not even S-Bahn, at that time). Other than that, all express trains use the Fernbahnhof.
