Anyone taking a day train ride from Florance Italy to Paris Frane?
Any sugestions? Is there any "direct Train" from Florance to Paris?
Nate, there are no direct trains from Florence to Paris. For most runs, you will change trains in Milan. One one routing, you will then go north to Zurich where you would transfer to a TGV to get to Paris. Another, and possibly better way, is to get off at Milano Centrale and take the metro a few stops to the Milano Porta Garibaldi train station. At Milano Porta Garibaldi, you can catch the French TGV that does run directly into Paris. About 7.5hrs from Milan. Non-refundable fares are as low as 35Euro for the TGV. You can get fares on the Florence to Milan run on Trenitalia for as low as 19Euro. By the way, there is no "a" in Florence.
or you could take the .ItaloTreno fancy new shiny red trains which go straight from Firenze SMN into Milano PG every hour in 2 hours or a little faster - as low as €20 or less if you buy early enough and no messing around with Milano Centrale, and straight on to the TGV to Paris.

EasyJet.com flies from Pisa Airport into Paris-Orly.
It would be much easier and ultimately cheaper to take the train to Pisa and fly to Paris rather than taking the train 725 miles to Paris.
You can fly from Florence to Paris with Air France (to Charles De Gaulle) or with Vueling (to Orly). 90 minutes on the air and you are done. I've done the overnight train to Paris in the 1980's three times when I lived in Florence and they still had direct trains to Paris. I've gone from Florence to Paris at least 6 or 7 times since. Never again by train. Nowadays flying is cheaper and faster.
