I will be traveling from Florence to Luzern, luzern to Bruge and Bruge to amsterdam. ( if possible a stop over somewhere in Germany). I can not find the trains to get to each city, what do I need to do? Do I need a rail passes, if so which one? Is this possible in 10 days?

It would be hard to make a rail pass pay for a single one or two day trip. There would not be a single train from Florence to Amsterdam. The best routes would probably go through Munich or Zürich. Use the German Rail (Bahn) website to look for schedules.
