Train from FCO to Civitavecchia

Does anyone know if the connecting train from Trastevere to Civitavecchia starts at Termini? I will be with luggage and if all seating/storage is gone because people first board in Termini would I be better off starting the trip from Termini?

According to the timetables at www.bahn.de, most of the trains start at Termini. I found one Regionale train that starts at Tiburtina and skips Termini but stops at Trastevere.
