What is easiest way to get to Milan Malpensa, from Vernazza and what is timing on train? I need to make an 11:00 am flight out to the states. Do these trains run all night? Much appreciated.

You might want to go the night before. If you leave the CT (using Vernazza as an example) at 04:49 you'd arrive at Malpensa at 09:38. That's cutting it too close. There are options that would allow you to leave in the afternoon and spend the night in Milan or near Malpensa. Research at Trenitalia.com. I have found you need to input "malpensa aeroporto" to get a schedule for the train all the way to MXP. Good luck!

You definitely will need to spend a night in Milan. The latest you could leave Vernazza is at 18:29. You will make a connection in Levanto and arrive at Milano Centrale at 21:50.
