There is no direct train for this route. Go to www.bahn.de and click on the drop-down menu for English. After you get summary timetables for Colmar to Chamonix-Mont-Blanc, click on "Details for all" to see the connecting points. You'll see that the route varies depending upon the time of departure. For further details, click on "Show intermediate stops." You should be able to buy your tickets for the whole route in Colmar.
