Train from Cinque Terre to Levanto

We will be in Cinque Terre for a few days and will leave for Venice after our visit. It looks like the best route will be to take a CT train to Levanto, then board a regional to Venice. Can someone tell me how long it takes to get from CT to Levanto on the coastal train, and if this sounds like the most reasonable way to schedule the trip? Thanks! (I love this site - you guys are so helpful!!)

Depending upon which CT town you will be staying in, your fastest route to Venice may not be via Levanto. For detailed timetables see the German Rail site. To see the earliest possible train from your CT town enter 05:00 as your departure time.
