Does anyone know if trains leave the Cinque Terre en route to Florence on Mondays? I have tried searching online and cannot get confirmation. Thanks!

New train timetables will go into effect throughout most of Europe on 13 June and Trenitalia hasn't uploaded theirs yet. Go to either the Trenitalia site or the German Rail site and enter the date for any Monday in the next few weeks and you'll get complete timetables. The new ones won't change by more than a few minutes, if at all.

I think you will find that trains run that route daily. Usually, the trip involves taking a local train to La Spezia, possibly a change in Pisa, then onto Florence. That is a pretty main line, so there will be trains at least hourly thoughout the day
