Train from Berlin to Rotterdam

I want to book rail from berlin to Rotterdasm for Septmber but it looks like you only get the preferred rate advertised on DeutschBahn 3 months ahead....in this case 98 Euro for 2. Does this sound a good deal or should I just wait and buy when I get to Berlin in August. Hope Lee is around for this one....Thank you

The cheapest Europa-Spezial Niederlande fare is €39. The cheapest standard fare is €102.80. The E-S N tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. If you can commit to a specific departure date and time, book as soon as the 90-day window opens.
