Train CDG to FRA

Stuck in CDG. Need help best train to Frankfort airport. TY in advance.

Now? Or when? If now take RER line B to Gare du Nord which is only an 800m walk to Gare de'l Est from where the ICE to Frankfurt departs. Total journey time (inclulding the transfer from Gare du Nord to Gare de'l Est) is 4 hours and 45 minutes.
