Need information on traveling by bus and/or train from Lake Bled to Rovinj. Prefer most direct/fastest route (cannot rent car). Thanks to all for any input!

Here is a bus run by Veolia from Llubljana to Rovinj. There are lots of buses and trains from lake Bled to Ljubljana.
