Train and car rental during the Holiday of Easter

Help!! I have been planning a trip to France and we arrive on Easter Sunday. The only problem I am having is that we are going to Chenonceau to stay. What is the easiest way to get there if we can't get a rental car on Easter and the day after in the TGV station since the rental car agency is closed.
