traain from Zermatt to Chamonix-paris

Hello I am wondering the best and quickest way to travel by train or bus from Zermatt to Chamonix and then to Paris. Also, is it realistic to make it from Chamonix to London via Eurostar in one day or is it best to spend the night in Paris before traveling to London. Any help very much appreciated. Thank you. Hi David Thank you so very much for your guidance....sounds like a very long day from Chamonix to PAris so I think in overnight in Paris makes since....thanks again. Patrick
