I don't know if anyone reading this is actually traveling Germany by rail today or if anyone being stuck at a German train station today has got mobile web access to read this but anyway: DB have announced that today "Zugbindung" which means you can only travel on the very train your tickt is valid for is not effective. That means regardless of what fare you've booked if your travel date is today you can take any available connection between your city of origin and your city of destination.
