Time between flights/layover

If we have an EasyJet flight from Nice to CDG airport in Paris arriving at 10:30 and our American Airlines flight to the US leaves CDG (same terminal) at 12:15 - is this enough time between flights? Do european ailines, and Easyjet in particular, tend to run on time?

Whoa! Easyjet comes into terminal 3. AA doesn't, and it's pick up your bag,a bus trip, recheck at AA, plus security and passport control once you transfer to AA's terminal.
I don't see how that can all happen even if Easyjet is on time.

According to both the official Aeroports de Paris site and the easycdg site, easyJet uses Terminal 2B, not Terminal 3. American uses Terminal 2A.

Since easyJet is a budget airline, it has no codeshare arrangements with any other airline. As Jerry said, you will have to claim your luggage, check in with AA, and go through security. The only thing you won't have to do is get from Terminal 3 to Terminal 2. However, the rule of thumb is to be at CDG a full three hours before a flight across the Atlantic. So my advice is either to book a later AA flight or to spend your last night in Paris.

(Jerry, FYI, there still are airside buses at Terminal 2, but the buses linking terminals 1, 2, and 3 have been replaced by the free 24/7 driverless CDGVAL shuttle train.)
