the Btr Lazio region pass

I'm spending 3 days in Rome & thinking of purchasing the Lazio regional pass 7 regions for 3 days, can anyone tell me if this pass also would include the fr5 train to Civitivecchia? and is there a train station near the Gianicolo area where I can take the fr5? thanks
