Hi everyone, just want to know everyones input on the thalys trains if you have traveled with them. Like when to book, whats the cheapest but best seats! Pretty broad question but im not to sure about this train and would like to know more! thank you!

We used Thalys in reverse from Amsterdam to Paris in 2007. $66 per person, two people. That was the cheapest I could find at that time but we booked only 18 days prior to our trip. You may find rates cheaper by booking earlier. The train was full but the seats were assigned and the trip was fine. We had no problems with Thayls.

It's a very modern, reliable, comfortable high-speed train; the fastest way to travel between the two cities:3 hours:18 minutes. You can book up to 90 days in advance, the sooner you book the cheaper it will be at http://www.thalys.com. You can even print your tickets out at home.
