I just purchased tickets on the Thalys website. I got to the point of confirmation, which I printed out. Then the page disappeared. I was almost to the point to where you fill in the names/birthdates, and then print out the tickets at home. It appears changes have been made to the site, because last year I could easily access the files. Now it doesn't have an obvious place to put in the information to access the file. I have searched, and tried various things, and maybe I'm overlooking the obvious. I could use some train experts help right now. Thanks so much for any help you can give.
So you did purchase the tickets?? If so, you can go back into the Thalys site with your confirmation number and reprint your tickets. Clink the link "manage my bookings" on the left hand side of the main page.
Michael, I've looked on the "Home" page, and there is no where that says Manage My Bookings on the left hand side of the page. I do remember using this feature last year, but now I'm not seeing it on this main/home page anymore.
If you are using IE or Firefox, go to the "edit" menu click "find" and type "manage" click "next" until "manage my bookings" is highlighted. Make sure you are on the version of the site for people who live on France.
Thanks! Michael. It appears I was on the site for Belgium, when I purchased the tickets. I just went on the site for France, and there it was: "Manage Your Booking" in the left hand corner. I was able to access the transaction file, and if all goes smoothly, I should be able to print out my tickets. You have been a huge help. Thanks, again.
