TGV Lyria Paris Zürich low quality service not compensated delays

I travel various time TGV Lyria
First class used to get small free breakfast - now you get nothing!!! Not worth upgrading!! Definite lower quality then previous years
WiFi not work
Toilets dirty
Train late
Conductors not respond to questions
Filled in form got conductor sign it late
Got in February 2018 e-mail informing will be compensated
Never received a cent !! I phoned sncf email numerous times
Complete ignore clients unlike Dbahn or Sbb
TGV Lyria has monopoly on line so low quality
