For the past several days, every time I try to use the TGV reservation site (TGV-Europe.com), I get an error message. I can move around on the site, but I can't use it to look for reservations. Any suggestions?
I just tried it and it looks like it is working for me.
What is the error?
Some possible solutions:
Clear your browser history, cookies and cache.
Try a different browser (if you are using IE try Firefox).
If those don't work, it could be an anti-virus program blocking it but absolutely first try what Jon recommended and then if that does not work, post the error message. It appears that this is a problem with your computer, router, or connection specifically.
My husband cleared the cookies for the tgv site and all is well. One more thing I need to learn about the computer! Thanks for your help!
