My 19 year old daughter is flying to a study abroad in Bilbao Spain. She's traveling alone and needs to get from the airport in Bilbao to her dorm in Bilbao. What is the best option a taxi or shuttle for to door service. Safety is my main concern. She arrives at 9pm.

If you're sure about Getxo (way the hell down-river from Bilbao)' make it a taxi unless the school provides a shuttle. A shuttle to Bilbao won't go anywhere close - - in fact, it'd be going in the wrong direction.

Yes, its Getxo. There is a private shuttle service advertised called shuttledirect operated by vickers alameda that I can prepay her a ride. Anyone use that before?
