taxi from FCO (inside the "Aurelian Walls")

I just read on Ron in Rome that there is fixed fare getting from FCO if you are staying "inside the Aurealian walls." (the fare is 45 euros for up to 4 people including luggage). We are staying at a hotel right by the Trevi fountain. I'm assuming that this is "inside the Aurealian walls" but would someone please confirm? thanks

Yes, it is. Most of historical Rome is inside the walls.
