Arriving in Zeebrugge via cruise ship. Are there always taxis at the dock for transport into Bruges center or do we need to reserve taxi in advance? How much is the taxi fare? (Cruise line charges $80 per person for roundtrip bus to Walplein.)

Barbara, go to cruisecritic.com and click onto "ports". Find the port of Zebrugge, and in among all the other interesting information will be the various ways to get to Bruges from the port, including the approx. costs. You may want to do this for all the ports on your itinerary, rather than pay the exorbitant cruise excursion prices.
