I'll be in Andalucia October 2013 and am having a difficult time nailing down bus or train availablity from Tarifa (after disembarking from the ferry) to Cadiz. I'm sure it's an easy solution, but I can't seem to find it. Can anyone enlighten me? Thank you.

There is no train station in Tarifa.

Train service is limited in Spain, bus service dominates although it's hard to find information online from here. Every bus station I visited in Spain had an information booth with an English speaker to help you choose the line and purchase your ticket. Advance reservations aren't needed, but I do like to pick up my ticket at least the evening before so I can plan my time.
