TAP Portugal App and Website Not Working?

Is anyone besides me having difficulty accessing TAP Portugal? Neither the website nor the app get me closer than a little drawing of an airplane. Over and over I watch the little airplane drawn...

I tried their help service via email and they directed me to call. I called and they told me to use the app to access what I need - really! I'm calling because the app doesn't work! I cannot see a seat map, except on seatguru.com. I couldn't change seats on the app anyway. I cannot add a suitcase. I cannot upgrade.

Am I the only frustrated TAP passenger? Has anyone found a work-around?

I even tried a VPN directly to Portugal. No luck.

I just went to the TAP site and it seems 'normal'. Did a dummy booking up to the passenger info page ( passport etc)

The initial booking part of the site seems to work, but afterwards, where you select "manage your booking," or "add baggage," nada. The site shows I have a booking, I just can't manage it.

Sorry, I ain't buying a ticket to see if I can 'manage it'. :-)
