I have knee issues and am concerned about walking the hill up to Upper Town. The Museum of Occupation is at Toompea 8 and looks to be further away from the cruise ship dock than Toompea Castle and Russian Cathedral. Instead of taking a cab to the Russian Cathedral as someone suggested, should I take a cab to the Museum of Occupation, since it looks further away on a map? But is it up hill or down hill or flat to then walk to the Dome Church and Russian Cathedral?
Then I could walk downhill to Lower Town. I just don't want to walk uphill.
