Swiss Rail pass

When buying Swiss Passes, what is considered a travel day? We start our trip in Zurich to Interlaken on Saturday, and will be in Murren until Tuesday. Do the lifts and mountain trains count as travel days? What pass will we need--3or 4 day??

I would consider a Half-fare pass. It costs approx. $110, compare to point to point fares.
