Swiss Pass Voucher

I am having problem contacting the USA-Swiss Tourism in New York to redeem my 8-day Swiss Pass Voucher. Tried many times on phone and left messages but to date no response. I am due to arrive in Zurich Sept 5, 2013. Any help or advice please would be greatly appreciated.
