swiss pass and tgv ticket

Hi. My questions are as below. 1)Can we BUY swiss pass online through SBB website but collect it at Bellinzona train station? 2)Would it be cheaper if we buy it online earlier compared to buy it when we reach there at the counter? 3)If we have swiss pass, is it mean we no need to buy any train tickets from Bellinzona to Lauterbrunnen, and Lauterbrunnen to Basel via Interlaken Ost? We can just hop on the train anytime? Do you think we need to reserve seats if we travel during mid to end of Sept? I was wondering if this is peak season. 4)If we have swiss pass, can we get discount for TGV tickets from Basel to Paris? I saw some information online saying that if we are swiss pass holder, we no need to buy ticket from Switzerland to Paris. It is FREE. Is that true? Thank you. Callie

Thanks for the advice. Especially the information of the 4th point. It is very useful for us. :)

Don't purchase a Swiss Pass via the web from Swiss Rail, they will charge you over $75USD to over-nite it to the US. The Swiss-pass.ch site is a bit cheaper at 23CHF, but you can get free shipping by ordering it from this very website. Click the "rail passes" tab above.

Basel is on the border. You'll need to buy tickets for the entire route on a direct TGV from Basel to Paris. If you book ASAP (up to 90 days allowed) on the Swiss Rail site, you can get a discount fare. You can print your own tickets.

We will go to Paris from Basel on 24th Sept. But since we need to use swiss pass on 21st, so I think we will purchase the passes and TGV tickets once we reach Bellinzona train station. Thanks a lot for sharing.^^
