You are confused on several points. 1. The Swiss pass will not cover Italian rail 2. Have not idea what domodossola is but it is not the same as duomo.
Duomo is Italian for cathedral. The main cathedral in Milan is referred to as Duomo. There is a metro - subway - stop at the Duomo. 3. There are two train stations in Milan - Central where you would be arriving from Interlaken.

Domodossola is a small town on the train line that connects Brig, Switzerland, with Milan. This is the route you will take to go from Interlaken to Milan. A Swiss Pass will cover your train travel from Interlaken as far as Domodossola. From there to Milan, you need to pay for a ticket. You can purchase the required ticket in Interlaken before you begin your journey. Show your Swiss Pass and ask to buy a ticket to Milan with the Swiss portion covered on the pass. They will figure the correct amount for the Italy portion.

Milano Duomo is the name of the subway station near the homonym cathedral. You can't buy a rail ticket that includes a subway ride. You need a ticket to either Milano Centrale or Milano P. Garibaldi, from where you buy another cheap subway ticket to reach Duomo. There is also a commuter railway station in Milano called Milano Domodossola, but it doesn't have much use unless you are going to stay near the old fair grounds.
