Is the swiss half-fare card still 120CHF? Does anybody know if it covers the little cog train from Grutschalp to Murren and the lifts to First?

Yes, 120 CHF is the price in Switzerland for one month. See the details tab on that link for the map of coverage. It works with the routes you mentioned and most other public transport. US price is currently $122 plus shipping.

It shows exactly what is and is not covered, and what discounts you get on other routes. You are covered up to Mürren, but no further. This is the same map as you get with the card.
CHF 120 is the price on the SBB website, or at Swiss railway stations. Resellers in other countries quoting prices in foreign currencies are free to charge other prices in other currencies.
