Swiss Consecutive Pass

My husband and I are traveling through Switzerland for one week. We estimated that we will be using trains for 5 of those days. This includes 2 train rides through the Berner Oberland region (to Jungfrauch and another ride to Piz Gloria).

I was thinking of purchasing the Swiss Saver 4-day consecutive pass. We plan to use this pass for the last four days we're in Switzerland. But I was wondering if that pass would cover me for museum discounts on the other 3 days that I'm there.
Also, does this pass cover me for the Berner Oberland trains, or is it only good for discounts?

Thanks for your help

You can go all the way up to Wengen in the Berner Oberland (toward the Jungfrau) for free with the Swiss Pass. The rest of the journey will be discounted 50%. As for Piz Gloria you can go all the way to Muerren for free. The remaining leg to Piz Gloria is discounted 50%.
