My family is traveling to the Cosenza Province from December 23 - 30 this year. We are wanting to hire an English-speaking driver. There will be 8 of us so we'll need a van or possible 2 cars. Any help is appreciated.

Your hotel can find a driver for you.
In my experience even in more touristed regions of Italy, finding a driver who speaks English well will be more difficult. You may have to hire a driver AND an English-speaking guide. This will cost a lot more thsn hiring only a driver.
Again , begin by asking your hotel or apartment host.
We’ve hired drivers in Sicily, and Calabria will not differ much. Look for the NCC classification.
